Prophet Muhammed (SAW) – The Best Example for Leader
Muhammed (SAW) is a name every Muslim and non Muslim knows. He is the best person who ever existed on the face of this earth. He has been honored with the greatest personality of all time. He was a true believer, a compassionate human being and a humble soul. This combination made him the most ideal human being who took care of other human beings. He never looked at himself but always thought about others first. As it is written in the Quran:
You have indeed in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example for him who hopes in Allah and the Last Day, and who remembers Allah much. (33:21)
This verse clearly states that Muhammed (SAW) head been sent as a blessing for the whole humanity. He is the perfect example for mankind to follow. He was a very honest and trustworthy person and was known by the title “Sadiq” and “Amin”.
People of Arabia considered him to be one of the most influential people who lived for a true cause. He believed in the Oneness of Allah and preached the teachings of the Quran. He believed in the truth and gave true teachings of Islam sent by Allah.
Muhammed (SAW) was a great leader and always led from the front. He used to take himself first while protecting his companions and followers. He fought many battles for Islam and always fought till the last minute. He always asked his followers to believe in Allah and Allah will help them succeed. He endured hunger, pain and stress during wars and never complained. He always prayed to Allah asking for his help. This dedication let him win battles and he emerged as one of the greatest leaders in the battlefield. He used his wisdom over power to defeat the enemies which made him successful.
During battle of Khandaq, he took part in digging the trench and set the perfect example of being a true leader. His followers always had his support and they felt brave and dedicated in his company. His family suffered the same way as others and never considered themselves above anyone.
During migration to Madina, he took his followers with utmost protection and care. He never left anyone alone and asked Ali(RA) to return belongings of people which were kept under his protection. He always dealt fairly and never thought of deceiving anyone.
Muhammed (SAW) has laid the foundation on which the building of Islam rests. He has asked his followers to live according to the teachings of Islam. If they obey Allah and His Prophet, they would be in eternal bliss. How vision was to have a land of peace where everybody obeyed Allah and lived happily. He urged Muslims to be honest, fair and trustworthy. He taught the rules of having good manners. He asked Muslims to treat everyone well and not to cause any harm. A life which is submitted to Allah is a life to be lived. The reward is given by Allah and is the only way to find peace and happiness in this world and the hereafter.
